VEDAKSHARAM

“The capability to converse in numerical forms and to have numerical way to interpret what
is being said was the height of Knowledge and Intellect of the specific class of Rishis who
attained Brahma Padam or state/position to be called Brahmarishis. Other Rishis had to
learn from them and it was at the discretion of Brhmarishis what to be imparted to them.

It is pertinent to mark that the chosen letter to begin the Vedas is “Aa‟” with the incomplete
base note in the Chandas or scale of Gayatri. When a sound is heard and learnt, there is a
perfection and precision in the way it is spelled out or resonated. Whereas when it is written,
it gives enormous freedom to read as one desires. Intonations, modulations, and all nuances
will invariably differ from person to person, or to the same person, depending upon the time
and mindset. In order to have a restriction on this freedom, it was important that the Rishis or
Seers found a technology of drawing the scriptures. Thus based on the Technological frame
work of Gayatri, Vedas were drawn.
Drawing and writing are different processes. Drawing is wit precision and is a graphic
representation , in which every point of the loci of what we call a „Font‟ or „letter‟ has a
relevance in its in expression, codifying and is a structured entity and not a slowly evolved
one . There were scriptures before The Vedas were written, that was „Pra-kriti‟ individual
creations for specific purposed derived from natural formations in nature and the sounds that
they produce. Like in English, a parrot can be drawn from the font „ P‟.
When it came to Vedas, the question of how precisely a systematized streams of knowledge
can be made concise with precision, together with other systems of knowledge was the basic
consideration. This necessitated an intricate system that search went on for ages. The most
effective and universally acceptable system of codification in an encrypted form was
developed by Kaushika, based on his scale of Gayatri. This system addressed the long

pending requisite for standardizing time in three ways. Diurnal, periodic and in
synchronization with the constellations. Gayatri incorporates most intricate form of
codification , variable functions, vectors , scalars, samyogas or integrated functions,
fundamental operations, Geo-metric functions, theorizing , in a convergent form. Vedas are
not a system that sciences or knowledge diverges from it or originates from it. Every Font
drawn in a Veda is a Point or Bindu of zero degrees with a definitive angle , that arcs off to
incorporate radiant triangles as poly cube. Every Font thus is a space of its own.
This is set with the foundations of Indian systems, which primarily explored on the question
of space and not that of matter. The question of how space originated had to be answered,
then only the question of matter in which it contains had to be addressed. Particulate
structures are comparatively simpler and existent forms, where as space was a non definable
entity., that is the precursor or progenitor of matter. This necessitated the devising of a
technology which can withhold space within its functional imperatives. To bring out the
theories and explanations, derivations and the entire volumes of Space Sciences, could have
been the declared task of Indian Space Research Organization and Indian Physical Research
laboratories. However, it has not so far happened. This spatial system and its derivations
form the basis of the convergent point of „ O‟ or „0‟ which is has the first point of locus
resonating “Aa‟.
With this theorization and codification integrated in Gayatri, the Aksharams or Letters or
fonts were drawn in space with cosmic radiance, a technology which is achievable only to a
Brahmarishi and can be perceived only by a Brahmarishi. Gayatri was first drawn or created
by Kaushika , that led Vasishta to give him the title of Viswa-m-itra and attained the status of
Brahmarishi. This creation of the script in the space implies that, the knowledge base will
never be wiped off from the universe, even if human race and the earth and the Milky Way
perishes. Some where it will be perceived by some for of life, and the Vedas will be reborn.
This is the principle of eternity and continuity of knowledge.
To say, Vedas are not written in any language, it is an intricate code, like the chromosomes in
the body. And Vedas are the genetic endowments of this universe. In situ, as it uncoils, ,
octamerics, base pairs, sequences with symmetries from bilateral to palindromes and the like
will become visible.
The surface meanings of words as a hymn, as defined by Gayatri, is used to scribe the
precedent and later scriptures, that eventually came to stylized scientific form of languagethe
Sanskrit. Based on which the Vedas were interpreted and the sciences died a Natural
Death.
Veda should never be said to be written in a language. Vedas are not written, but are drawn.
Its letters are in streaks of radiant metallic texture and are not of golden colour.
A_K‟SH”ARA KHANDAM
Every letter is derived in Khandas or regular segments. Segments are functional
attributes, No letter is perfectly having its own ovation. Every letter is expressed through

carriers of other sounds, that is represented by an „Upa Khanda‟ or sub segment. Sub
segments imply the functional imperatives and operational applications and the derivatives in
conjecture to the other upa khanda, with intonation and the nuances therein produces the
equations, processes and the implications therein, to give rise to a defined sound. The letter
is drawn to a scale. And, which may have a disha bodha or direction. This is the key to
operationalise the processes or the function and to derive the values there in. The positional
application of a letter is predetermined through this scheme. Every letter is rendered with
symmetry, linear, vertical or horizontal.
Every letter is a solid multidimensional poly cube, representing a phenomenon, processes,
applications or their extensions, expressed through its sub-segments, segments and in totality
as expressed along with its carrier sounds of the letters or precursors.
PRECURSORS or „SROUDHARA”
“Sr-a O- UDHARA‟ – sequential flow of resonances SHRA –O that have created visible
forms are‟ UDHARA” or projected to give rise to the base from which a Font is drawn is
called its precursor.
Every letter has a precursor in a different form that has no structural conformity with the
finally drawn form. Precursor of the letter, symbolizes the characteristics and functional
properties in a derived word that forms the key resonation or Dhwani. Dhwani is the basis
that is SRA- Heard and UDHARA Projected.
Dhara means earth and adhara means lips, srao means hearing or heard.
Sra – also means effort, udhara means taken out from, dhara means sequential flow.
Sa – soonya – from infinity, undivided infinity to infinite variety.
In the depths of eternal silence, the shearing sounds of radiations were like thunder. An
impatient waiting for decades together, to get hold of the moment that the rumbles of the
universe are muted and the base reverberations could be heard. Only from this base reverb
that has the characteristics of the sum total and reciprocations of the billions of explosions
and traversing sounds of invisible to gigantic objects, the creation can be started. A purely
cosmic design, that has synchronous existence with the elements of the universe, alone
can be sustained and be immortal. What is left today should be perceived even after several
millions of years. It is in the space. It grows in the space. It has no time, it has no matter.
The question of space and origin of space was the need to be answered. Space is the key.
Matter can be created, but to learn the process of creating space was the question left.
Letters are the mechanized systems or Yantras that conform to the creation of space.
This needs to give stability to the planets and their systems and the entire universe, this
needed creation of space for the systems to be set in place. Extending the atmosphere and
creating space on one hand and creating a corresponding space in the outer realms of the

universe where, the particles are created and radiated to gain momentum, to be called the
dust, that gets fused together to form larger particulate structures leading to stars or other
galaxies. The core space where eight galaxies radiate is where the space has to be
formed and expanded. It is from where „SROUDHARA‟ took its form, and was perceived.
The instantaneous process of traversing in a reverse time scale where ONE “ Aa” (1) gets
raised to the value of “0” and “ 0 “ is raised to the Value of Infinity, whereby, these three
values attain a varying positional function and at the same time integrates to attain the same
value of the infinite. This infinite and “0” disseminate to the value of “one” from that is
where the space is created. It has a velocity equivalent the particle to traverse zeroing down
the time to nil to complete one cycle and infinite gets raised to the stature of pre-existent
entity, thus constituting the “SROUDHARA „ or the precursor.
Precursor, thus formed as the resultant derivation of a functional attribute of the spatial
function, could be drawn thus with its base reverb or resonance, in the space, to be the
carriers of AKshara Khanda. Each Akshara Khanda symbolizes the space within the space to
produce a structural conformation of a mechanized system or Yantra that inscribes within the
internal space the entire gamut of the technologies, derivations, terminologies, calculations,
operations and functions. Integrated function of these spatial mechanisms constitutes a
Vedic letter or Vedakshara.
AKSHARA BANDHA or BINDING OF LETTERS
The task of binding letters to its positions to test to give the right meaning and at the same
time encoding the technological, operational and functional aspects with definitive
categorization was the greatest crafting ever done with precision and accuracy.
A Letter or Akshara is sequentially bound Bindus or pixels of digital information without
inter-phases. It involves two phases (1) sequencing of the sub segments of a letter into
segments and then interlinking the sub-segments into a segment or „Dhat‟ or “unitary”
information which is independent in itself and ( 2) spacing or positioning the „Dhat‟ into two
letter word or “Binary” information system to produce larger information databases or word. .
The remaining letters are used only to extent the scope, expanse or to indicate the functional
and its variables to create a “module” or “Mantra”. One Module is a sequence of „Dhat‟ to
produce a desired information database, which elaborates an application or technology. Thus
the bindu is the convergence of digital information data bases to give rise to Dhat and
Mantra, whereas Dhat itself can be a mantra within itself called ekakshari mantra or single
letter hymn.
A letter when drawn with all its expanse of the “Bindus” gives rise to a structure or Yantra,
that can be correlated to a “SUPER MEGA CHIP” with its composite structure of circuitry
frame work that operates with the BIIONIC ENERGY or “TVASHTA”. This forms the
Basis of “GAYATRI” as the key to the Vedas Beginning with Rig Veda.

Yantras function with the Biionic energy. Biionic energy can be attained through years of
practice that includes multifarious knowledge, systematizing the mind and experiences of life
that oneself draws to gather energy and gets synchronized with the cosmic. These are not
illusions, Yoga or Tantra, but a systematic methodology through which cosmic energy is
derived.
SANKHYA_AKSHARA_SAMYOGAM
Sankya( numerical Values) Akshara ( letters or Alphabets) were used in the same manner by
the Rishis who reach a certain level. Whether it is Skandha, Vasishta or Kaushika, they had
an astounding knowledge of calculations. Oral tradition underlies in the visualisation of
what is being heard and to hear (transcribing to verse) what is being seen. This gives an
inherent capability to sketch complicated structures of numerous dimensions in the space.
What is seen in mind is in space. The visionaries of that pedigree or lineage or identical
abilities could restructure what is heard in the same colours and dimensions, shape and
structure as it is rendered by the other. It can be said to be a Frame by Frame memory in a
sequential order. This was the need to retain the values from not being lost or misused. This
accounted for the creation of specific communities to perform specific functions in the
society. The practical application that concerns the welfare of such knowledge was imparted
to a specific class who later on diversified to be called Brahmans, who were confined to a
pilot plant of the processes that were developed, that have positive impact in the environment.
At times these were demonstrative rituals from time to time.

Rig Veda begins with Madhuu ch‟chanda. Madhuchanda is a coded form, which has the
Gayatri Scheme of Vaiswamitra and is

JaDanga KhaDanga Ta Tt‟aka KhaGa Ga„nNa NanDa Gacha Cha”
And
“VaRa JaLa GkhaRa Ga Kha Dtha Sa- JaShaJa Sa cha‟Cha Ta”
There need not be any doubt that Vyasa heard the Vang Words. And the place is in the
Himalayas Jangkha.

1. UNITARY SYSTEM
Numerical system of codifying essentially underlies in the standardisation of a
format of affixing the values and positioning them in a uniform format. Such a
system would have values in a linear system. This was a major transition in
aligning knowledge bases. Ascending, descending or diagonal patterns have
equal placements in a positional system. This tabulation system of numerical
values equates a number in its systematic position and orientation. This
framework permeated further schematisation and to have a format for clarity of
understanding among the elite group of BrahmaRishis. Kaushika developed
various schemes of codifying that forms one of the systems in drawing the Vedas
into uniform format.

REALISING THE VEDAS

ABSTRACT


North east India is the seat of elementary knowledge. Recent history depicts the founder of Sikhism Guru Nanak who had meditated in a cave at Machuka in the Indo China Border and to have attained enlightenment there. Where as, in the ancient times Guru Padma sambhava is believed to have travelled through this part on his way to Tibet to preach Buddhism. Adi Sankara came and meditated at Kamakhya peeth. Medieval history again has the imprints of the Guru Tej Bhadur of Sikhism having set foot in the Dhubri.  It is in this holy land that Parasurama did penance. Most significantly, it is the place where the great Srimanta Sankardeba kindled the flame of cultural renaissance and satra traditions.

The seat of Tantric traditions, and Jyotisha, natural medicine, Shakti cult, and a lot more was added from this region to the Indian system of Science and Technology. It is in these eastern Himalayas where impellers were designed for harnessing the force of flowing waters, which the fore runner of the hydro electric power generation. It is here that the first ever census took place in the human history and Food production to population ratio was put to practice among the indigenous communities. More over, silk route takes its origin from our Bodoland.  And even today, it is the home of the prestigious Golden Muga silk. Even if the modern civilisation perishes, a new civilisation will be born from the elementary knowledge base of the North eastern part of India.
From this land, it will be relevant to have a look on the Vedic system. What we have today with us is the script form, believed to be written compiled by Veda Vyasa. Though written, Vedas have the basic structure and format that is in the Vang form. It has a pattern, inlaid structure and principles to derive its knowledge base. Sankhyam or alphabetic based numerical system, linguistics, commentaries, vedicology, Indology, and an array of streams developed over a period of years. Yet, we still keep on saying Vedas are codifications of technology. Except for the claim of Satish Chandra of www.agragami.in  who used Purusha Sookta to develop static energy, no technology has come up. Even Satishchandra’s works, which could have been a frontier technology failed to be put to use. 

This fresh approach is based on the understanding on Vedaksharam or alphabets of the Vedas in a format that is alphabetic numerical resonance system. By this method, Gayatri scheme is to derive the scientific equations, where as Madhuchanda scheme gives the descriptions.  Combining these two schemes the scientific base of the Vedas can be realised.


Realising Vedas

1. Probe

Vedas are hymns or mantras.
A mantra is an “energy field generated through resonance of definitive sound frequencies produced within a definitive constellation period” This constellation period is the defined time.

Any sequence of such sound frequencies that generates an energy field within and around oneself is in the form of a radiant light frequency, can be characterized as a ‘Mantra’ that can be a single sound or a word or a verse. This self radiant energy field serves as the “Probe” to intercept, explore and analyze the systems.

Therefore, the knowledge originates in the wave formations of light. The radiant probe that emerges from the human system or the Emitter can be termed as the “ Emitted radiance”. Or “Vikshepa”. Radiance , so  Emitted  intercepts or probes the space or objects or organisms or specific areas or objects  that may or may not include matter and is  received  back to the source of the emission as the “Radiant Information Signals”  or ‘Akshepa’. The Radiant Information Signals of Akshepa and Vikshepa are transcribed in the form of a Visible resonance – in a language format, which is termed as knowledge.

A predetermined volume of such Information is with highest order of precision and is  concise   as a single point ( Bindu). This single point of resonance serves as a compressed information base or the “Biotic Generation of Ionic Signals”. Or Biogenic Signals and it serves as the template for further deciphering of the voluminous data.

Every resonance that generates a Biogenic signal is the fundamental unit of the Vedas that constitutes   Vedaksharam. To understand and assimilate Vedas, “Radiance to Resonance” is the applied methodology. The basic Scheme of resonance is a time based system in synchronization with the geo systems is expressed an abbreviated form known as Gayatri. System of Gayatri is beset in the central point (Bindu) and is in conformity with the axis of the radiance system and the receptor systems. Gayatri establishes ‘Mantrasya Mantra’ as the apt system.
‘Ma’n’ trasya’, some thing that is imbibed and in a state at which  ‘Ma’n’ and ‘Mantra’ cannot be distinguished as what is what, at the same time that which radiates sporadically from the mind or ‘Ma’n’ is what is called a Ma’ntra.  This radiance transforms into resonance and it comes out through the body surface as static energy and the field effect of mantra as envisaged by Gayatri mantra is precursor of Biotic Generation of Ionic Signals or Biogenic Signals and the Bi- ionic principle.

In a written form when it is read as one desires, the intonations, modulations, and all nuances will differ from person to person, or with the same person, depending upon the time and mindset.   Whereas in the heard and perceived system, form the essentials are retained as such with all components in its right position and time frame.

In order to have a restriction on this freedom, it was important that the Rishis or Seers to develop a technology of drawing the knowledge bases into a systematic process. Thus, based on the Technological frame work of Gayatri, Vedas were drawn with a crystallized form known as “VANG

Drawn and written are totally different processes. Drawing  is highly precise and is a graphic representation , in which every point of spatial distribution of a resonance assumes geometric patterns and accrues a shape with the posture and gesture of the persons from whom the sound is generated together with the positions of the persons and their formations .   There were scriptures even before The Vedas were drawn, that was   ‘Pra-krut’, with no such precision and structured on the basis of Gayatri.

When it matters to Vedas, the question of how precisely a systematized streams of knowledge could be abbreviated and drawn as symbols  with precision, at the same time with surface structures of    varying expressions . These surface structures represent the morphologic system of knowledge. This is the basic schematisation in the Kaushika System of Gayatri.

In situ, as it uncoils, octameres, base pairs, sequences with the bilateral symmetry   with a visibility when it is elevated to next  position of numerical value of 9(nine) with a centric position of 5 (five)  become visible.  This element stage of five in the system is the genesis of Five Principles or Tatva.

Thus, the  peripheral or outward   meanings of a Mantra, as defined by  Gayatri,  is used to scribe the precedent and later scriptures, that  eventually came to stylized scientific form  of language- the Sanskrit. Based on which the Vedas were interpreted and the scientific systems had a Natural Death.

Vedas are not drawn in a language, it is the Vang form. Vyasa inscribed this format with the scheme of Madhuchanda synchronised with Gayatri. Every Vedaksharam therefore has a structure, positional function and is a precursor that forms a template from which the derivations are derived. And the template remains unchanged, and continues to be as such. This is the basic reason why the Vedas are unchangeable, or cannot be altered, and nothing more can be derived than what is drawn in it.


2.    PRECURSORS or ‘SROUDHARA”

“Sr-a O- UDHARA’ – sequential flow of resonances SRA –O that have created visible forms are’ UDHARA” or projected to give rise to the base from which a Vedaksharam is drawn is called it precursor.
Every letter has a precursor in a different form that has no structural conformity with the finally drawn form. Precursor of the letter or Vedaksharam, symbolizes the characteristics and functional properties of   a Nadam and sabda so derived to constitute a word. This word forms the key resonation or Dhwani.   Dhwani is the basis that is SRA- Heard and UDHARA Projected. Dha'ra means earth and adhere means lips, Soar means hearing or heard.

Sra – also means effort, udhara means taken out from, dhara means sequential flow.
Sa – soonya – from infinity, undivided infinity to infinite variety that gives the finitude of indestructible Vedaksharam.  In the depths of eternal silence, the shearing sounds of radiations were like thunder. An impatient wait of ages, to get hold of the moment that the rumbles of the universe are muted and the base reverberations could be heard. This base has the characteristics of the sum total of all traversing sounds since origin of space.  This explores the cosmic design that has synchronous existence with the elements of the universe. What is left today could be perceived even after several millions of years. It is in the space.  It is timeless and is irrespective of matter.

Letters Vedaksharam do not represent a flat structure. It is not drawn on a flat two dimensional or 2D   mechanics. Every Vedaksharam are represented or drawn as the mechanized systems or Yantras that have spaceless –Timeless configuration. Thus, the resonances of Vedaksharam Extends to the atmosphere and creates a space of its own and the same time   it extends the scope of creating corresponding space in the central core of the universe. It addresses the dimensions and derivative values of the core of the universe where, the particles take shape and are radiated to gain momentum, to constitute larger particulate structures thus forming the fine layer of our knowledge base. . This is the central core of space that forms the primordial point or “Beeja Bindu” from where radiant energy originates and diverges  is the “Brhama Mukham” or cosmic face. It is here that ‘SROUDHARA’ took its form and shape, and is perceived. This is the process of traversing in reverse time scale.

The  process of  traversing  in  reverse time scale to  affix the values with out relative functions or states of matter  is represented by “ONE” (1) that is   “ Aa”  (1) gets raised  to the value of “0”   (1)0 and  “ 0 “  has the finitude Value of Infinity. These three values have positional function and integrate to attain the same value of the infinite. This infinite and “0” disseminated to the value of “one”, equates the   position of the core of the Universe. A resonance wave with an infinite amplitude oscillation equals it to a decimation of one to a root mean square value in sequential progression where by the mean value equals to one, with functional value equals to zero in the state of oscillation where by one zero and infinity are unrecognizable, that functional resonance is the base value of “SROUDHARA” or the precursor of the nada or resonance of Vedaksharam.

Precursor, thus formed as the resultant derivation of a functional attribute of the its own function generates a space of its own to have visible presence or physical existence in the state of radiant energy  in its state of formation  Akshara Khanda (Segment).  Each Akshara Khanda with its sub segments or Upa-Khandas constitute the space within the space to produce a structural conformation of a mechanized system or Yantra that inscribes within the internal space the entire gamut of the technologies, derivations, terminologies, calculations, operations and functions. Integrated function of these spatial mechanisms constitutes a Vedic letter or Vedaksharam.


3.    A_K’SH”ARA KHANDAM
Every vedaksharam has a sequence of “Khanda” or regular segments.  Every sound is expressed through carrier sounds that are represented by an ‘Upa Khanda’ or sub segment.  Sub segments imply the value based numerical systems and its operational applications and the derivatives in conjecture to the other Upa Khanda, which is beset in the intonation and the nuances thereby creating the formations that give the rise to a defined sound. Thus with Upa-Khandas and Khandas a letter or vedaksharam is drawn to a scale.    The positional application of a letter is predetermined through this scheme. Every letter is rendered with symmetry, linear, vertical or horizontal.
Every letter is a solid multidimensional, and it represents a phenomenon, processes, applications or their extensions, expressed through its sub-segments, segments and in totality as expressed along with its carrier sounds of prefixes and suffixes of the letters or precursors.


4.    AKSHARA BANDHA  or BINDING OF LETTES
Binding letters to its positions give the right meaning and at the same time defines its function with precision and visibility without interphases.
It involves two phases (1) sequencing of the sub segments  into  segments and then interlinking the sub-segments into a segment or ‘Dhat’  or “unitary” information which is independent in itself  and ( 2) spacing or positioning the ‘DHi’ into two letter word or “Binary” information system to produce larger information databases or ‘TAT’ . ‘DHi’ and ‘TAT’ constitutes a “module” or ‘Mantra” giving rise to Sankhya_Akshara_ Nada _Samyogam. Here Gyatri took its origin.  Gayatri in the Sankhya- Akshara_ Nada Samyogam or numerical alphabetic resonance system opens the Rig.
CONCLUSION
Vedas have been treated as verses written Samskrutam or Sanskrit. Different streams of knowledge took its origin from the Vedic scriptures. Over a period of time, what Vedas are as it would have been came to be unknown. Different Schools came into being during the successive Manvantaras or ages of socio-political transformation and is continuing even these days. Skanda, Parasurama,  Chyavana, Panini, Pathanjali, Kapila, Dattatrya, Agastya, Charaka, Susruta and so an to todays Indology, Vedicology and so on. Yet, the real understanding on the Vedas could not be attained. One of the systems of the realising the Vedas is Sankhya_Akshara_ Nada- Samyogam, which is one of the systems of the Vang Format. Vang is the format in which Vedas were originally drawn. Gayatri holds the key to understanding and realising the Vedaksharam. Vedaksharam is a formation of Bindus in a sequence to give rise to its sub segments and segments or Khandam and its sub-segments or Upakhandam.

Abstract:

A technology oriented approach always shaped this country through ages of efforts which led to the establishment of organised settlements all along the length and breadth of the country, one after the other, in a span of several ages. From “Ra" to “Pura” to “Ram” large well planned townships and cities came into being. Welfare or well being of the entire human race along with the environment and the universe as a whole was the founding principle. Rationalization over a period necessitated the standardization of 'Time". Time is the basis of economy and economy led to the rational approaches towards welfare. This led to the codification processes of digitized form of varied streams of knowledge bases called as "Veda".

The Concept of economy emerged with the standardization of Time and giving it a unitary value. This can certainly be ascertained in the 6th and seventh Manvantaras. We do not have a system of management. It was a system of welfare. But, Welfare incorporates a practice of rational management which included forecasting and planning. Armament research and development was another major component used only for humanization processes and creation of organized and systematic way of Life. This necessitated planning and rational management. Management of natural resources and drawing a schematic pattern for administration all these are collectively what we call today management. It involved the management of Values that appeared in the later phases which essentially meant to be Royal insignia or mint of these days. Money without value never existed and these values were not for the individual consumption but integrated with larger structures.

A PERCEPTION



Vedas are considered to be the most ancient scripture of mankind. These are also believed to be emerged from the insight of Rishis and also as Verses in Sanskrit or Samskrutam. The schematisation of the Vedas is believed to be primarily based on Panini and Pathanjali Maha Rishis. The Chandas or the scale is believed to be that of Rishi Madhu Chanda. Vedas are also seen as the proprietary of Brahmins meant for the rites and is seen as a Holy Scripture of Sanatana Dharma or Hindu religion.

These and other perceptions of linguistic experts, Indologists, Vedic scholars, grammarians, religious leaders have been looming in this subcontinent and abroad may be for ages. Are the Vedas to be treated so? A clear perception on the Vedas is a must in today’s situations. Most pertinently Vedas are not a subject of dispute and argument. It has a structure, objectivity and the utilitarian pattern.

A system of Knowledge evolved during six manvantaras or transitory phases of humanisation and evolution of organised kinship and territories. These included materials, methods, practises, theories, formulation, parenthesis, hypotheses, theses, that are required to create, control, manage , defend and destroy the systemic structures created by its progenitors. Knowledge is segregated and is imparted to those who have the judicious mind and strength, behavioural pattern, control of emotions and who has a commitment for universal well being. Many of the knowledge systems were not a part of the regular curriculum of the schools of the Rishis, and were beset with a pattern of transfer of these knowledge systems. Most intricate technologies and systems were with held by those Rishis who attained the stature of Brahma Rishis. They served as the advisors in confidence to the rulers and their word was the last, which was never disregarded. The Brahma Rishis had a language of their own which was based on numerical system or Ganita. They had developed a key or code to exchange ideas and thoughts. This intricately coded numerical system with precision and a definitive stylisation of rendering that convey the functional moieties with perfection are what today we call the Vedas.
 

It was never in a sequence and continuity, but subject specific. It is the numerical derivation that holds the key to derive and abridge in particular sequence. Whether it be structural conformations or reaction or metallurgy or armament technology or architecture or health or an administrative matter, the sequences are denoted by the numerical system.

In short, Vedas are the genome or the total genetic endowment of the Indian Sytems of Science and Technology for the Welfare, Administration and territorial integrity and defence. This system of precise numerical encoding serves as the template for the transcription of information. The transcribing language perfectly matched is Samskrutam or Sanskrit. The sequences that are transcribed off from the Vedas have to be translated into definite sequences. This is a safeguard measure so that the technologies do not get into wrong hands. It can be said to be the Nuclear Suitcase, which is held in safe custody.

Since the weaponry became a property of the rulers, the control over its judicious use turned out to be out of the domain of the Brahma Rishis. Since the knowledge base had been seeded, they knew the unavoidable will happen. The chain of information transfer of the keys was terminated. This was to give a lease of life to the human race to reinvent the same by their own effort. Methodology may be different, but the result will be identical.

Vedas are Apananiyam and Apathanjali. Panini and Patanjali did not deal with the Vedic System proper. Eight letter sequences, are distributed along the three axis or planes. One needs to have Vision of letters or Akshara Darshanam to understand it. Apart from this in order to be perpetual in seal and succession, the letters are articulated in a sequence to give meaningful hymns, as devised by Kaushika through his Scheme of Gayatri. This forms the ritual basis and pilot scale process for the well being of the Universe.

Indian System of Science and Technology or the Vedas primarily addresses the space and not the ‘matter’. The technology is to reveal how did space originate and matter is secondary to space. The technology of Brahma[not Brahmaa]addresses the equations of space to matter and the processes there in. Radiant to sub atomic to atomic and macro structures in the formative stage is encoded as “PRANAVAM” in which the Milky Way, the sun and the planetary system are only fractional sequences. From there everything begins. The styled structure of OM is neither Samskrutum nor any language. It is the emanatory design that was created in the laboratories of Swayambhoo Brahma Rishis that was finally enshaped by Kaushika.
To say in short, the Vedaksharam is a point of convergence of a 360Degree information base to an angle forming the arc. This is why even to understand a Vedaksharam, a large faculty is required. This does not have any bearing on the ritualistic process of yaga or yagna or other architectural structures.
The origins of Vedas are from Tibet to Slovenia to Dakshinavartam. Yet, the Dark Age swept in after a period of time and we were left with the aberrations of philosophical tirades. Vedas constitute the technological base devised to reinvent the human beings and develop an inherent light of knowledge in them. We did not propagate a dictated Civilisation based on rules, but created a set of refined and designed human beings, to bring the nomads to a hold , settle them and to give a new orientation to life. This is how Ra in Slovenia or Ra in Arabia took its origin, these experimental success led to the onward journeys of human race. Such settlements “Ra” needed time based concept. Time is life, time is living, time is organisational set up and time is economy.

This is where over 1500 generations prior to the Sage Skanda started working. The numerical system was developed and a system of Calculation called Skanda Ganita came into being. This was codified as “Jyotishmati” or “study of stellar bodies”. This was interpreted by Vasishta and came to be known as Vasishta Hora. Hora is the periodicity of diurnal variations from which the term ‘HOUR’ is derived. Vasishta’s theories were challenged by Kaushika who interpreted Jyotishmati in his own way, which was denounced by the Vasishta School. This led Kaushika to develop the new scheme of Gayatri. It set time and the places got the name “UR” “URA” “PURA” and “PURA” and suffixed to the Pura, “RAM” or Town ships. Each stage is an Purana or epic period, the politico economic description of rise and fall of reigns of territorial regions. The earth according to the Unit time of 238 or 24 units got the name BHU, 60 units got Bhuva or Bhuvi and 3600 unit system got the name Urvi. All such names have a technological reference. Every Brahmarishi had a Hora Sastra of their own, that finally accepted Kaushika Hora and Gayatri schemes to have a numerical methodology of converging the knowledge systems toa single stream Veda which is tested and proven.

Veda collectively is meant for the universal well being. It has no reference to the timeliness of its implications. What is in the script form whatever is available to us in the present form is a numerical system designed to give preludes. The rest is to be restructured. This were not mere revelations to the Brahmarishis, it is a standardised format with its encoded schemes for derivations and applications. It has mechanised columns that define space within space called Yantras with intrinsic complex structures that needs ionic discharges or electronic feeding systems from one’s own body system to reactivate and to open up the information content.
All these practices for well being, that is drawn to give a new impetus to the universe through humanised beings en-shaped and refined us, as we are today.
Such a well being has a rational scheme, to use the nature, whether it be natural forces or Dhatus elments or precious elements, bringing in the concept of Value. Such Value system is for those articles that cannot be bartered for exchange. Every transitory phase of humanisation [as we call it “epochs” or” Manvanthara”] had developed a system of community integration. Community integration is through exchange of thoughts, ideas, materials and occupational aspects. It is obvious that animal husbandry or “GO samskara” or rearing of Cows was an economic system in practice much before the Vedas were drawn. The higher breeds or high yielding varieties and multiple utility tree species or Kalpa vrisksha or plantation economy was in practice by the sixth ‘manvanthara’ in a large scale. Self sufficiency and self reliance in technological knowhow was a state of art and craft that led to the sustenance of the territories. This underlies the principle of economy and management.

The basis of economy or prosperity of a territory or “Pura” and the principles evolved for it are collectively termed ‘Purohitam”. This was based on the technological applications to harness four factors viz. Radiant energy or electricity, Fire or Agni that is the thermal process, Wind energy, Water (rain or ocean, or inland waters). Agneyeyam or Thermal Processing in Dhatu (elements) and process of refining by friction ( Ratam) to produce Ratna ( gems or Mint), Powdering, homogenising, and separation techniques were invented for a stable economy and resource mobilisation for the growth and prosperity of human race.

Energy is the given the prime value. Source of energy should be respected. The respect can be worship. It is a measure to prevent irrational use of Energy or its misappropriation. Three primary sources of energy is dealt in the processes. Cosmic energy includes solar radiations, lightning or electronic discharge and thirdly Fire. Of these, Fire is given paramount significance as it forms the basis of reactivity and processing. The question was basically of scaling down the fire for utility. The human race still then had faced the tyranny of destructive fire, whether it was volcanic eruptions, meteor hits, forest fires or underground gas burst and the like. Fire was an untameable entity and was feared by the human race. The same fire had to be mechanically produced to create a psyche to subjugate them and bring them to the processes of humanisation. The same fire had to be scaled down to carry out processes for the utility of mankind, from food processing to agrarian needs, to the production of weaponry. Volatile elements were discovered for firing purposes. Base bleed arms were invented which had long target ranges. Yantras mechanical columns were designed for the purposes.
All meant for the prosperity and welfare of the Pura and those practitioners became Purohitas. They knew how to do, but material processing was vested only with the selected seers. The mechanisations and process development is the key to labour requirement. The physical and mental attributes of the people were categorised and they were given the skills required, thus creating a lineage of labour division in the society.

The knowledge base and the rites that were to be carried out for the welfare were vested with a group. The same knowledge was not required for the general purpose of the society. Yet the progenitors of the knowledge systems did not let them to be the custodians of the technology. The technological part was thus to be codified, and this marked the beginning of a new phase which had a format to render and cannot be intercepted but to be consumed Vedyam. It depends on who renders what that the meaning and applications were to be understood. Those custodians who were given the rights to have the Vedas to have perpetual succession and seal are the “Brahmana”.  This has a logical base behind this. Originally when Brahmanas used to recite together, many portions had a low nasal pitch as takeoff and landing notes. This rendering resembled that of Bhrahmara or wasp and the group of people who created this effect are called Brahmarajana, which later on became interlinked with Brahma-jnaana to be called Brahmanas. They were not supposed to stay at one place, they have to traverse through places to perform the rites and renderings and they were also had the quality of ‘Bhramana” or moving around. To learn Vedas the basic qualities were that of the required sound frequencies of a Bhrahmara. So Brahmana had three basic qualities Bhrahmara, Bhrahmana and Brahma. He is not supposed to have any Brahma or lust for wealth. To impart his functions with full mind, he was given all requisites, wealth and all facilities.

This led to the complete processes of division of labour, that later on became decayed, as it had no scope for elevation or promotion to the next tier of the system.

In the new budding age, or Kali Yuga, it is the Semitic Phoenecians or today’s Lebanese people who changed the world order. The yester years remains of Mohenjo-Daro, Harappa, Lothal and Muzzuris remains have enough remains to remind us of the Indian system that took off independently after the collapse of Vedic world order. The system of trade pattern is obvious from the seals obtained from both Mohenjo-Daro and Harappa. The period of these settlements and the bid to link it with Vedic systems are misleading.



Mohanjodaro unicorn seals have visibly a Kharosti – Proto siniatic scripture, where the coinage was in practice. )X( < is read as TU(oo) Kka, means equivalent weight. Tuka in the Dravidian and eastern Indian systems refers to amount or sum from which term ‘Token’ came into being. This is indicative of materials that had a value other than what could be bartered were traded against Tukka or sum, whose measure was decided by Tookam or weight. Which in eastern India is even today is in use as ‘Takka’.

The secondary phase of the resurgence of Indian tradition thus came up with the emergence of an alternate linguistic system and system of practice that was delinked from the Vedic System. This was an ardent effort to conserve the objectivity and lineage of the Vedas. The secondarily developed language system had the Brahmi that was intimately interlinked to Thamudic , Proto Siniatic and Kharosti systems, to have a much better communicative and trade relationships as well as exchange of knowledge. From Brahmi, Tulu became the mother of pancha dravida languages- Telu (gu), Ta mil, Canarese or Kannada and Malayalam. Tulu had the stature of Vedic reverence and “Moolabhadri” or the coded language also had originated. Integration of Brahmi with Kharosti over the years of interaction and transmigrations and its link with Phoenicians led to the new order of language systems.

Vedas were totally confined to the Brahminical lineages, from time to time revived through Yagnas.

Vedas are not ancient, it is a living system still found in rudimentary forms practised in the vast expanse of the world. The rituals to get permission for the cutting of the tree and to seek its blessings are largely practiced in Slovenia.

Similarly, the clan based system of civil administration, independent and autonomous Village systems with paramount sovereign powers independent of Statutory or legislative frame works are the hall mark of upholding the Vedic system in India.

The numerical value of 7777 as the peak population to land use ratio is prevalent in the Zeme tribes of India. The population to food and administrative control is reflected in the name of the Lotha tribe’s territory of WoKha, ‘Wo’ means number and Kha is counting. A system of census and population to food production system of management continued to be in practise. Malthusian theory was a rediscovery of this practise.


Agaria tribes, the iron smelters give answer to the Aga of Agni and the utility of Agni. Kramalis of Orissa give us the meaning of artisans. Mon tribes of eastern Himalayas teach us the use of water of hydro energy to run impellers- the prototype design of the modern day turbines. Ghonds , uralis, Mannans, Cholanaykans and so on who have given us 1772 dialects and languages and systems of Technology stratified along the vast expanse of this Nation is ideal to recapture the and redraw how the utility based welfare systems of Vedic systems still continues.

We need to change our perceptions. Perceptions on what Vedas are. Put end unnecessary debates on Vedas. Vedas should not be decried as scripture or literature. Hope that in 2013, we will have a subject specific approach that shall be drawn out of the presentations from this conference.

with the BIIONIC ENERGY or "TVASHTA". This forms the Basis of "GAYATRI" as the key to the Vedas Beginning with Rig Veda. 5 Yantras function with the Biionic energy. Biionic energy can be attained through years of practice that includes multifarious knowledge, systematizing the mind and experiences of life that oneself draws to gather energy and gets synchronized with the cosmic. These are not illusions, Yoga or Tantra, but a systematic methodology through which cosmic energy is derived. SANKHYA_AKSHARA_SAMYOGAM Sankya( numerical Values) Akshara ( letters or Alphabets) were used in the same manner by the Rishis who reach a certain level. Whether it is Skandha, Vasishta or Kaushika, they had an astounding knowledge of calculations.
The capability to converse in numerical forms and to have numerical way to interpret what is being said was the height of Knowledge and Intellect of the specific class of Rishis who attained Brahma Padam or position to be called Brahmarishis. Other Rishis had to learn from them and it was at the discretion of Brhmarishis what to be imparted to them. This is how the Vedas were drawn in space.
Sankhya or numerical in definitive schemes explains what it implies. Numerical operations form the Upa Khandam, Khandam , Aksharam and Akshara Bandham to form the sabda or word.
Rig Veda begins with Madhuu ch‟chanda. Madhuchanda is a coded form, which has the Gayatri Scheme of Vaiswamitra and is
Oral tradition underlies in the visualisation of what is being heard and to hear (transcribing to verse) what is being seen. This gives an inherent capability to sketch complicated structures of numerous dimensions in the space. What is seen in mind is in space. Numerical system of codifying essentially underlies in the standardisation of a format of affixing the values and positioning them in a uniform format.
