Pace at which the processes of YoGa in a progressive manner set into different stages in a systematic pattern.  Attaining each of these stages can be Teevra (faster), mild or soft (Mridu), medium ( Madhyam). It depends on the basic faculties and inherited characteristics or Samskara as dealt in part VII

Teevra, the medicinal plant ‘Jyotishmati’ also known as ‘Sphutabandhani’ (Celastrus paniculatus), can be found in the treatises developed during the period of Itara. Oil from the seeds Teevra is used for enhancing memory and intellectual power. High intensity of brain power is achieved through formula of Teevra together with Sanna. Sanna in Ayurvedic Samhitas are referred to as Piyala and in Samskrutam, it is also known as Munipriya. Munipriya is on account of its use by Sages (Muni) , is identified as Buchanania Species. The third herb in the formula is Mridu, the soft Aloe vera (Buchanania species), in Ayurveda, oil used for cooling effect also known in Samskrutam as Munipriya , meaning liked by sages.

In the previous verse ( Part VII),   the reference to ‘Others besides Itara’  is a cue in reference to the  branches of Ayurveda. YoGa is a well designed programme of faculty development and advancement, conditioning of Physiological functioning through Psychotropic formulations, besides setting in a new  timed process of life activities. YoGa Anusaasanam   incorporates   applications of Ayurveda from the Atreya system till the time of Itara.

“Teevra   sam Veganaam Aasannah” implies the ‘fastness enduring the speed towards culmination of the process” which is inlaid within itself.  The process intimately interlinked to the samskara or inheritance. The process here is to first attain structural conformity with the genetic sequences to  set ii a new time based  regulatory function in conformity with the orbital position of the earth and the moon. Teevra, coincides with the extreme point of earth in relation with the sun, Mridu intermediary position between the nearest and the farther point and Madhya is the middle position.  Thus based on the three positions  of the earth in relation to Sun and the Moon , new timing process is  activated.

Asannaha- is culmination the stages which is progressive and continuous, which attains a high degree of velocity (Sam Vega). This configures the heliocentric velocity in terms of motion of the sun and the moon.

‘Sama Vega Aasannah’ - culmination through successive phases of transformation of characteristics without undergoing any physical change of form- “Trasnsgenesis”.  Transgenesis is the process of transformation of inner self and faculties that activates a new sequence of transcription of information of the genetic system. Such information serves as a regulator of Voluntary and involuntary functions and sets into motion an operational mechanism of inhibitory and activation that is organ specific and of the whole body. This forms the basic principle of The YoGa. Transgenesis is activated by the “Sam Vega” that is the through regulation of the Pace controlling movement of organs within the body, thus bringing in the biological structure of the neural connectivity of the heart into the YoGa. This neural regulation is coordinated with the faculties as an integrated system call the “Mind”. Transgenesis is therefore achieved through the creation of a new neural function integrating Subconscious state of the Central Nervous system with  Teevra ,Mridu  and Madhya and Teevra – the three linear strata of the Spinal cord, which are peripheral ( Ida and Pingla) to the central core (sushumna).

Further, Transgenesis is a key element that involves the inscription of  units that generate a distinctive characteristic identity, over and above the physical and biogenic structure and functions.  Transgenesis methodology of YoGa is to generate Characteristic expression through transcriptional process of the genes without either altering its basic structure or without introduction of any external elements. It’s a sequentially timed process as it is with the female Organ System.

“Madhyaadhi Maatra Tvasthhato” illustrates the process as in the attainment of Puberty in a woman (Madhya), attaining menstrual Cycle ( Adhi) and Menopause in elderly woman ( At’ta).  This represents an Organ System that, though is present from the time of organogenesis, onset of its function takes place at certain stage of growth and development- attainment of puberty (Madhya), that is visible by the pronounced appearance of external characteristics.  The Onset of monthly cycles and the cessation of the cycle complete the functioning of the Organ System. Transgenesis also is a process identical to the operational mechanism as in this case.

 ईश्वरप्रणिधानाद्वा |

Easwara PraNiDthanaadva.

Easwara- Capable of, becoming effective

PraNiDthan- Abstract contemplation

Prani – Guidance

Dhana- Habitat,

Aadva- throughout the period,

The system of Transgenesis comes into effect through abstract contemplation a throughout the period with adequate guidance, in  the given habitat.

Abstract contemplation leads to activation of electromagnetic, human magnetic and Biogenic energy fields that radiates to the habitat in Abstract contemplation (PraNiDthaanam)
